Return Policy:
Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving Anna Maxin Design’s Inc., however if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, it can be
returned for MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 day of receipt via mail. We do not accept returns COD. Shipping fees are non-
refundable and are the responsibility of the sender. All Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be exchanged.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure you include the original packing slip and include the reason for
exchange. Also include the style and size of the item you wish to exchange it with. Obtain a delivery confirmation and insure the package for
tracking purposes either via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS and send to:

Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged or defective, please call us at 512-947-7114 for a return authorization number. Anna Maxin Designs Inc. is not
responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise sent back without prior approval.

Biscuit & Gravy through Anna Maxin Designs Inc. does everything to ensure the quality and safety of our products. However, the buyer
assumes all risks and liabilities that are associated with any collar. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether Biscuit &
Gravy collars are safe and suitable for their dog’s needs.
